Project Name: Expanding Wellness Access: Bilingual Yoga for Chronic Disease Prevention and Mental Health
Offering additional bilingual yoga classes to marginalized communities in Austin/Travis County. Classes include Trauma-Informed Yoga and Yoga for the Nervous System, which are designed to reduce stress, improve mental well-being, and support physical health.
